Terms of Service

— ♱ MY PROCESS ♱ —♥︎ When acquiring any art from me, it must be for personal use only!
♥︎ My turnaround time [TAT] can be anywhere between 5 days - 8 weeks.*
♥︎ To reduce burn out, I work on commissions one at a time
only on weekdays [Monday - Friday].
However this does not mean that I am unreachable on the weekends!
♥︎ I guarantee that I will update my commissioners at every stage of the
commission process, but you're welcome to ask for more updates at any time!
♥︎ The updates I send on my own unprompted typically follow this structure:— [ Sketch -> Lineart -> Flat Color -> Final ] —♥︎ Keep in mind that if you ask for an additional update after I've already sent
one at any of these stages there is a chance I won't have any updates for you!
♥︎ If you do choose to reach out for an update, please try keep
it to 1-3 times per week as I can get overwhelmed easily!— ♱ PAYMENT ♱ —♥︎ I take payments mainly through Cashapp, PayPal, & Venmo.
♥︎ Payment must be received in at least one of the following ways:— 100% upfront.
— 50% upfront, 50% after sketch is complete.♥︎ I will typically only accept the second type of payment
when the commission cost exceeds 50usd, though I am open
to discussing it further with my clients!
♥︎ The finished piece will not be delivered & cannot be used
until I've received the full payment.— ♱ REVISIONS ♱ —♥︎ As far as revisions go, I'm very willing to work
with my commissioners in order to ensure their satisfaction!
♥︎ If I or my commissioners catch any mistakes (e.g. missed details,
wrong coloring, missing accessories, etc.) I am more than happy
to accommodate & fix such mistakes free of charge!
♥︎ I allow up to 3 minor revisions for free.
♥︎ Minor revisions might count as something along the lines of
additional or changed details that aren't apart of the character's base design or
what was communicated originally for the commission.
♥︎ Major revisions such as overall pose, composition, other things are allowed,
but past a certain point in the process (lineart & beyond) I will charge an additional
25-50% of the commission's base price for each major revision requested.— ♱ REFUNDS ♱ —♥︎ Refunds can be requested at any time, though there are some limitations:
— Only 50% of the original price will be refunded if the piece is in and/or
past the lineart stage of the total process.
— If the piece has already been completed, a refund is no longer an option!
♥︎ I may initiate a refund if I find that I am struggling
to complete the commissioned piece for any reason.
♥︎ If the piece is incomplete and was refunded or unpaid for,
you are not permitted to use any of the images I provided of the
piece while it was in progress.— ♱ MISC. INFO ♱ —♥︎ I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time for any reason.
♥︎ I reserve the right to post any finished pieces to my socials,
unless explicitly stated otherwise by the commissioner.
♥︎ You can not feed my art into AI no matter what!
♥︎ Please do not repost the finished piece on your own social media!
It makes me really uncomfortable & I would prefer to post
finished pieces on my own socials!* At the moment I am working a part-time job, so please keep in mind how this
could potentially impact my work flow & how quickly I get through my commissions.
In addition, I am happy to work with any specific deadlines that are communicated
before the first payment is finalized. If a deadline is communicated later on in the
process I cannot guarantee that I will have the piece finished by then depending on
how much time I'm given, but I'll definitely do my best to make
the process as speedy as possible!
If you have no deadline but want your piece finished more quickly,
my rush fee is an additional 50%.[Last Updated:]
